Bewabon was raised in a rich artistic environment being the son of Arthur Shilling, a renowned Ojibwa portrait painter.

Today, Bewabon, known to friends and family as Be, continues in the family tradition of making art but with his own personal vision and style.  His paintings have a distinct, rich palate and show the influence of his surroundings and  the Orillia and Lake Couchiching area.

Opening reception September 21 noon - 4 pm.
