The dictionary defines ‘collaboration’ as “the action of working with someone to produce or create something.
”Collaborations, at Coast Collective Art Centre, includes collaborative works of art in which Associate Members have teamed up with another artist to develop imaginative ways of blending styles and media to create truly unique works of art.
“The whole is greater than the sum of its parts.”
This might not be the dictionary definition of ‘collaboration’ but it sums up the spirit of this show perfectly.
