A fish called Darter, a voo-doo gal named Gather Bot and a rocket ship titled Journey to the Stars, are just a few of the new pieces joining this popular exhibition of upcycled metal sculptures affectionately known as ‘Bots. These wild characters are slightly dark, not quite cute robots, made from found objects. A Rivet of Robots is held over in the Suncor Gallery until July 10th and includes eight new ‘Bots.
Lynne is a professional illustrator and cartoonist. Her artwork has appeared in numerous publications across North America.
Also opening June 19th Jeff Wilson Vancouver Mid-Century. A vibrant ode to Vancouver’s iconic neon signs.
