Discover the “art” in party with this multimedia night of performance, socializing, and DIY art-making. Celebrating some of the best of local talent, this event’s reputation is growing as Surrey’s social hub for checking out and creating art with friends.
inFlux will feature a diverse line-up including Semiahmoo artist Roxanne Charles and drummer James Dawson who will present a contemporary interpretation of indigenous dance, exploring the tension between consumer and traditional cultures. Hip-hop duo Victor Tran and Rupert Common will share their street-inspired busking routine, bringing together movement and spoken word. Throughout the evening,
The "Star Captains" will serve up fresh musical jams, including an innovative set with DJ JT. Participants can also get their hands dirty making cardboard hats with Eryne Donahueand snapping poses in the time-travelling photo booth.
