"PROUD"

PROUD, the Re-Branding of Canada is a show of collages and two installations by artist Linda Leon. In 2013, Member of Parliament for Yukon , Ryan Leef, mailed his constituents numerous tax-payer funded, Conservative Party propaganda leaflets, also known as Ten Percenters. A specially marked trash can was placed in the foyer of a local bookstore. Linda Leon asked Yukoners to donate their Ten Percenters to her for use in an art project. Over 400 fliers were collected. This show is the result.
