SHIFT brings together recent work from emerging female artists in Manitoba who took part in the 2017-2018 Foundation Mentorship Program through MAWA - Mentoring Artists for Women's Art. SHIFT speaks to uncovering new truths and depth in these nine artists' diverse practices. Each of them finding herself at varying stages of life and career, exploring what role art plays in her life, personal growth, and healing as she continues to define her identity as an artist.
