The Frost Shield Kerfuffle will present its first collective exhibition, We Have Nothing In Common Except Some Of Us Are Nice at cre8ery gallery, 125 Adelaide Street, 2^nd Floor. The show opens with a reception on January 19^th, 7-10 pm and runs until January 30^th, 6pm. Regular hours January 20^th to 30^th are Tuesday to Friday, 12-6pm and Saturdays 12-5pm.

The nine members first met while huddling together to stay warm in a Winnipeg bus shelter during the 1966 blizzard. Since then, the group - which consists of emerging, mid-career and senior artists - has been meeting on a regular basis. Although we usually agree on everything, there was that incident regarding frost shields… After that it became apparent some of the members were nicer than others…
