Founded in September 1972 as a non-profit artist-run centre, Open Space supports professional artists -- notably young and emerging -- who utilize hybrid and experimental approaches to media, art, music and performance. It reflects the wide diversity of contemporary art practices in Victoria, across Canada and beyond. Open Tues to Sat noon - 5 pm.
