Join artists David Belcourt and Chrissy Cheung for the opening reception of Twilight Trepidation, a duo contemporary art exhibition of fellow painters. Exhibiting artwork over the 2 levels of Ruberto Ostberg Gallery, there will be over 40 original new artworks to view and inspire your muse.

Show Statement

Twilight is an individual experience, where anxiety and fear of the unknown can exist at the same time as excitement of the new. Twilight is that brief moment where the sun is still below the horizon yet a hint of light anticipates a new beginning when dawn breaks. A transition between day and night, loaded with expectation, ambiguities and uncertainty.

Appropriately, this exhibition, is between the end of winter and the beginning of spring, a time where knew life is about to break over the horizon.

David Belcourt and Chrissy Cheung are both members of Painter8 Arts Society.
