Along the Bow II is an exploration of the valley by Alberta Craft Council professional members living in the region. This is a community partnership exhibition organized by the Alberta Craft Council and the Town of Canmore.
Last year’s first Along the Bow exhibition was a great success with fascinating depictions of the valley. The stunning and bold beauty of Bow Valley continues to be a rich source of inspiration for the participating artists in Along the Bow II. Some have delved into the Bow's rich history. Others are looking to the present and future in these times of increasing urbanization and tourism in the valley.
Participating Artists are professional members of the Alberta Craft Council and residents of the Bow Valley: Ilse Anysas-Salkauskas, Sarabeth Carnat, Corinne Cowell, Charles Lewton-Brain, Jean-Claude and Talar Prefontaine, Dana Roman, Dirk van Wyk, Kari Woo and Simon Wroot
