Award-winning artist Andrew Kiss returns to Avens Gallery to celebrate 51 years of creating fine art. Even though Andrew spent his early adulthood years as a topographical draftsman, his love of art was always with him. Using oils, he began painting his surrounding landscape; a move to the interior of BC provided an abundance of mountains, lakes and wildlife for inspiration. Since the early 1980’s, Andrew’s work has become easily recognizable at art shows and galleries across Canada. His Canadian landscapes and wildlife are now found in homes and corporations worldwide.
