This exhibition delves into the resilient and ever-evolving nature of love through an allegorical narrative. Inspired by the enduring blooms of the perennial hydrangea, each artwork symbolizes a distinct phase in the evolution of love. The paintings stylistically evolve from underpainting to post-traditional overlays, mirroring how love matures and transforms, revealing its post-erotic possibilities. This collection challenges the conventional narrative of love as a static state, presenting it instead as a perennial flower that continually blooms anew throughout the seasons of our relationships.
