Calling all artists, students and arts professionals: Works to Work Summer Internship applications close soon, and The Works’ 2021 Major Projects Call to Enter is still accepting proposals.
Applications for Works to Work are due March 19, 2021!
2021 Major Projects Call to Enter
The Works seeks proposals for largescale, outdoor temporary works and installations to animate Sir Winston Churchill Square and other public spaces. Unfortunately, indoor exhibits and time-based activities such as events, programs, and performances are not eligible.
Successful projects will consider:
Feasibility and compatibility with strong public health restrictions
The potential for remote or online interpretive programs
Safe interaction with audience
Weather-worthiness with minimal supervisory needs once installed
The Works is dedicated to accessibility, inclusion, interactivity, and socially engaged practice.

Works to Work Summer Internship
Exhibit Production and Marketing positions available
Now accepting applications for Works to Work 2021! This unique internship provides practical and theoretical learning for students, graduates and emerging arts professionals pursuing experience in the art and design field. Combining in class and hands-on mentorship, Works to Work interns are directly involved in the production and marketing of The Works Art & Design Festival presentations.
