COMMUNITY WALKING TOURS
Come walk with us in the Eastside Arts District! We're teaming up with local artists and historians to offer a series of guided walking tours through historic neighbourhoods such as Chinatown, Strathcona, Gastown, and the Downtown Eastside. The Eastside Arts District has long been shaped by waves of immigration, industrial growth, and grassroots activism, come learn some of its stories!

360 Riot Walk
360 Riot Walk is a multilingual tour tracing Vancouver’s history of labour politics, anti-Asian racism, and community resistance. Led by artist Henry Tsang, Riot Walk tells the story of the 1907 Anti-Asian Riots in Vancouver. It traces the history and route of the mob that attacked the Chinese Canadian and Japanese Canadian communities following the demonstration and parade organized by the Asiatic Exclusion League in Vancouver.

Not Your Heritage Tour - Whose Streets? Whose Stories?
A walking tour through Strathcona & Chinatown exploring heritage as lived experience: connections, relationships, and everyday encounters, not just history. This isn’t a history lesson. We’re not here to memorize plaques or glorify the past. We’re here to explore how heritage lives now, to think together about the relationships people have with places, and why those relationships matter today.
