Oftentimes, healing is said to be found within making connections to the world around you. Truly feeling as though you are linked with animals, plant life, and fellow humans is often the key to finding the answers to the deep-rooted problems that we face each day. However, something that is easily overlooked is the ability to connect with oneself. Simple to forget and often very difficult to practice, reflecting upon who we are and how we see ourselves in the world is an important piece in making sense of this puzzle we call life.
