Whether you are looking for an antidote to the treacle of Valentine’s Day, or you are just needing an excuse to leave your sorry little basement apartment – WE WANT YOU!
The Sad Bastards and Lonely Hearts Ball will provide hours of cathartic entertainment, including Sad Karaoke (upstairs) and musical performances that promise to leave your heart just a little less empty than it was when you arrived. PLUS lots of hands-on activities hosted by professionals* guaranteed** to lift your spirits, or at least make you feel less alone.
This special evening is a celebration of Elephant Artist Relief’s 10th anniversary of helping artists BE artists in Calgary, providing emergency funds for artists in crisis. With an amazing art auction, and art installations and activities in every dusty nook and bedraggled cranny of the Legion, it’s an event not to be missed!
