David Pettis is a young local artist, having grown up near Edmonton, Alberta. He is 24 and makes his home in a rural setting near Spruce Grove. He attended local schools, graduating from Memorial Composite High School.
He likes very imaginative, colourful bright even fluorescent colours. He takes photos and designs beautiful fashion, cloghting, interior design, portrait or landscape. His paintings often incorporate his design sense into the subject and he takes classes regularly to explore his sense of style and composition.
David is learning computer graphics animation at the Nina Haggerty Gallery. His exhibit is made up of his favorite paintings.
David Pettis’ feature artist exhibit will be on display from July 21 to August 15, 2015. Opening Reception is July 25, 2015 from 1-3pm.
