Harmony: Creatures of the North West Coast opens today at Lattimer Gallery! Harmony features sixteen new paintings from renowned Wuikinuxv/Kwakwaka'wakw artist Steve Smith (Dla'kwagila) centred around the concept of connection -- to each other, to nature, and to something greater than ourselves. Steve explores this concept through depictions of animals, who, before humans arrived on the Northwest Coast, all lived in harmonious balance.

Harmony: Creatures of the North West Coast will open with a reception this afternoon (July 19th, 2025) from 3pm to 5pm at Lattimer Gallery. Artist Steve Smith will be in attendance, and refreshments will be available.
