Adrian Stimson’s artwork primarily examines the residential school experience; he attended three in his life. Stimson has used found materials from the Old Sun Residential School to create works that speak to genocide, loss & resilience. Currently, Stimson’s work has a focus on colonialism influenced by his (& his communities) experience with Residential Schools.
