BIOGRAPHIE

Joanne Berger est une artiste francophone née à Saint-Boniface, au Manitoba. Après une carrière réussie en publicité, elle se consacre maintenant entièrement à la peinture, principalement à l’acrylique sur toile. Son travail s’inspire des lieux vibrants qui ont marqué sa vie – Winnipeg, où elle réside, et la France, pays de ses racines. Cette collection reflète son voyage personnel à travers les quartiers familiers de Winnipeg, y compris son cher Saint-Boniface, jusqu’aux rues romantiques et aux paysages de la France. Chaque tableau est empreint de mémoire, d’histoire et d’émotion.

Joanne Berger is a Francophone artist born in St. Boniface, Manitoba. After a successful career in advertising, she has devoted herself fully to painting, working primarily in acrylic on canvas. Her work is inspired by the vibrant places that have shaped her—Winnipeg, where she lives, and France, where her roots lie. This collection reflects her personal journey through familiar neighbourhoods of Winnipeg, including her beloved St. Boniface, to the romantic streets and countryside of France. Joanne’s pieces are rich in memory, heritage, and atmosphere, blending history and emotion in every brushstroke.
