Having followed Mel Williamson's progress for the past six years, we are very excited to finally bring her works into our gallery. Mel is most interested in capturing the emotion held within the figure; The tactile and slippery nature of oil paint is celebrated, and subjects emerge like sculptures during her uncommon process, with no drawing or outline before beginning. It is our good fortune to find this young talented artist who consistently demonstrates commitment to the journey of art creating.
