The 15th Annual Originals Only Exhibition is set for the second weekend in August again this year. This is the largest outdoor art show north of Victoria and it is unusual in that it is produced by the participating artists. The opportunity to be present in their booths to promote the appreciation of original work is a big draw for the artists and it gives the public a chance to visit, in effect, many mini-art galleries. The show is held at Marina Park in Comox, an engaging, natural setting at the Harbour. This event is sponsored by Comox Recreation, it is intended to highlight the cultural scene of the region.
