Pamela Thurston: Land Lines

Join us Saturday March 11 from 1 - 4 pm for the opening reception of Pamela Thurston's latest exhibition "Land Lines." The work in this exhibition is part of Thurston's on-going exploration of paint, with the prairie landscape as her inspiration.

"My paintings are the work of a dispassionate observer who has been struck in a moment of solitude by the awareness of connection. Influenced by my reverence for the natural world, by the love of form and subtlety of colour, I cling to realism with the clear understanding that the physical world holds mystery if only I remain still enough to feel it."
