Assinboia Gallery is proud to present The Poetry of Distance, a new solo exhibition by artist Lindsey Love, now live online and in the gallery.

This collection of acrylic and encaustic landscapes draws from Love's prairie roots and captures the quiet, expansive beauty of prairie and boreal fewest. Reflecting on the process, Lindsey shares: "This body of work came to fruition in the season of spring; after a quiet winter of rest and preparatory dormancy, the paintings seemed to flow from my brush onto canvas and board with the energy of the trees outside my studio window as they produced buds and flowers."
