Lead Artists Radha Pandey, Tiffany Shaw-Collinge and Edward Fu-Chen Juan will host a series of talks, workshops, and demonstrations which, through their individual artistic practices, will locate a range of intersections of Printmaking and Ecology including material practice, ethics and collaborations.
This programming supports and advances the professional artistic practices of artists across varying communities in amiskwaciwâskahikan/ Edmonton. The seminar series explores printmaking and print-media within the larger context of contemporary art, with a focus on research and production. Each seminar will bring together participating local artists and visiting artists, both internationally and from across Canada. Through collaborative learning, artists will develop critical discourse, examination, and new knowledge.
