The Salt Spring Painters Guild is celebrating 45 years of creating, learning, experimenting and sharing ideas about art. We are asking all members and former members to participate in a very special event – a retrospective show called ‘Our Best Work, (so far)’.  The plan is to hang one favourite piece of art each at Mahon Hall from October 28th to November 4th, 2017.

There is no cost to enter, and paintings may be for sale or NFS.  Each artist is responsible for delivery and picking up unsold work.. 

To honour our teachers, members who taught workshops for the Guild will have their work displayed on the stage. There will be a ‘Reunion Room’ with photo displays and a chance to share memories. 

We are trying to contact all past SSI Painters Guild members. Families of deceased Guild members are also eligible to submit a painting
