Visitors to the Deer Lake Gallery in Burnaby will once again be dazzled by an event noted for being fun for the entire family! The Summer Arts Festival is an all-day event on Saturday, July 8th from 10 am to 5 pm. We have booked the best in local performers and professional artists set against the beautiful Deer Lake Park. The Festival activities are surrounded by majestic trees and park on nearby Deer Lake, Burnaby.
An event the whole family can enjoy featuring, outdoor painting competition, 18 artists & artisans, DeSerres children’s art workshop, we welcome Tsatsu Stalqaya - Coastal Wolf Pack, and be entertained by the Burnaby Summer Theatre, One Human Race – Afrika Collective Trio, Middle Eastern Dance plus more! Art Exhibition: DiverCity featuring Park’s Edge Paint Off Artists. Keep the beats rolling with a music jam in the back yard featuring tunes by Ben Lee aka DJ BJAM!
