The Edge Gallery YYC (Calgary) is pleased to present, Terry Fenton: The LONG DISTANCE, Prairie, Mountain, Ocean.

Since growing up in Saskatchewan, Terry Fenton has always been captivated by the prairie landscape.  The horizon line of the ever changing sky and the vast prairie that shifts in color with the seasons, has given Terry many years of material to explore.  As Terry moved from the prairies to the coast, he continues to master the varied geographical differences in western Canada.  A painter, writer, curator, and  museum director, Terry has engaged in an artistic process at many different levels and from the results of this immersion, he has produced exquisite paintings that capture the light, atmosphere, and sentimentality of the natural world.
