These films kick off our Indigenous Film Screening Series, Unsettling the Lens, curated by Indigenous Engagement Coordinator bailey macabre and in partnership with the National Film Board of Canada. This series puts Indigenous stories front and center—told by Indigenous filmmakers themselves. From eye-opening documentaries that reframe history to bold, genre-spanning films, Unsettling the Lens celebrates the power, creativity, and diversity of Indigenous cinema.
