Join us for the Opening Reception of Winnipeg Design Festival 2024! Enjoy snacks, sips, and the chance to help shape the blueprint of Winnipeg 2174, 150 years into the future.
Don’t miss the unveiling of 'This is Ourselves under PRESSURE,' featuring concept drawings and charrettes created by students from the Faculty of Architecture’s Urban Media Lab (UML) class and presented by Tire Stewardship Manitoba.
Mingle with designers, artists, and firms, and get inspired by this year’s festival program. This is a come-and-go event, with opening remarks from 6:00-6:30 pm. The UML students will later exhibit their final installations at The Curry Building, which will be illuminated for Nuit Blanche.
