Art Auction for British Columbia Flood Recovery
In light of the current devastation in British Columbia, Wallace Galleries is organizing an art auction to raise funds to support the British Columbia SPCA.
The BC SPCA is collecting funds to support families and their animals that have been affected by the floods in Langley, Cowichan, Abbotsford, and Chilliwack. They are coordinating with the province’s Emergency Support Services to provide pet food, crates, and other necessities to the evacuees.
Wallace Galleries will be auction off eight paintings that have been donated by the artists. All of the proceeds raised will be donated to the BC SPCA. The paintings can be viewed at www.wallacegalleires.com, on Instagram, Facebook, and at the gallery.
The auction starts November 25 at 2:00 PM and will close on December 3 at 5:00 PM. Each painting will have a minimum bid, and thereafter bids will be in 50 dollar increments. Bids can be made on Instagram, by phone (403.262.8050), by email, or in person. If you wish to remain anonymous, please call or email us and we will make the bid for you under a coded name. All bids received outside of Instagram will be posted as soon as they are received. The winning bids will be announced on December 4 at 5:00 PM on Instagram, and followed up with a phone call.
Make a bid to make a difference to help those families and animals affected by the floods.
