Bridges Art Movement (BAM) has partnered with Downtown Saskatoon and Art Placement to host a public exhibition & poster sale. BAM selected 24 artists from across the province to be featured throughout downtown Saskatoon’s directory boxes. The exhibition features original art and designs from established, emerging, and youth artists.
Covid shifted the way the city both functioned and appeared. Events, movies, shows, exhibitions, and performances were cancelled or postponed. Poster directories and sites across the city were left untouched for months. The pandemic made it abundantly clear that shared culture experiences, art, and expression are fundamental to the human spirit. The poster show and sale was developed during COVID-19 as a way of creating camaraderie during these unprecedented times.
11 x 17 art posters are available for purchase as an open edition.
$40 each with 100% of proceeds going to the artists.
