Dana’s new solo show ‘Layers’ uses her previous experiences in design combined with her love of nature to create experimental and expressive pieces. Dana is striving for innovation and uses her extensive experience with painting on silk with transparent dyes to create art pieces which have many layers and are translucent or transparent in parts. The paintings or collages change depending on the angle you are looking from. As the light penetrates several transparent layers of painted silk and acrylics, you will experience the paintings differently with different light or with different viewing angle.
