David Alexander: The Shape of Place is comprised of paintings, works on paper, and sketchbooks from the last three decades of the artist’s career, depicting such varied locales as the Canadian Arctic, Iceland, the prairies, and the Rocky Mountains. On view from January 14 to March 25, 2012, before beginning a national tour in 2013.

Accompanying the exhibition is a full-colour, full-length, multi-authored book on Alexander’s art, which will also be available for sale at the Kelowna Art Gallery.
