Co-curated by Heather Saitz and CKG, "The Female Lens" is a group exhibition featuring nine female photo-based artists: Diana Thorneycroft, Dona Schwartz, Elyse Bouvier, Haley Eyre, Heather Saitz, Julya Hajnoczky, Lori Andrews, Rocio Graham, and Vivek Shraya.
Rather than focus on one singular Female Perspective, "The Female Lens" brings together a combination of well-known and up-and-coming artists to demonstrate just how distinct their perspectives can be. From staging a dramatic scene to adopting an alter-ego, expanding definitions of home to documenting place, these nine photographers are staking important territory worthy of examination.
