Presented in partnership with Sled Island Music and Arts Festival, If Everyone Claps in Unison, Can I Still Call it Applause? / A Moment Ago in the Future brings together work by Calgary-based artists Ashley Ohman and r.p.m. (Teresa Tam and Nick Heer) that consider the methods by which disciplines and media communicate.

Working with digital, analogue, visual, and auditory processes the projects consider the efficacy and possibility (or impossibility) of successful communication and exchange between media, genres, and the audiences with which they engage.
