Fluid acrylics and layered glazes enable Jennifer McIntyre to create lush tropical environments filled with birds and flowers. Subtle and complex colours are a signature of her work. Imaginative flights both surreal and fantastical are inscribed on canvas. Poppy paintings evoke dance movement, gestures ever changing across several permutations. Above all, her work is joyful, colourful and expressive.

Carolyn Kowalyk is an intuitive abstract painter. She applies layers of texture and pigment, exploiting happy accidents while moving with the flow of paint on canvas.

Frequent exhibitor at the Sidney Fine Arts exhibit where she received Best in Show, and Honorable Mention.
