Abstract landscape artist Samantha Williams-Chapelsky's new series explores the natural prairie landscape in a fun and playful manner using large amounts of texture in which she calls a "juicy" application of paint. The paintings engage the viewer through the tactile nature of the acrylic paint, intense texture and brush stroke definition. Over the past decade, Samantha has explored many aspects of the acrylic medium. Samantha completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction in 2009 and was recently named a Golden Artist Educator.
