I make art because it feels good, and sometimes it feels fantastic. The way colour can magically bring a blank surface to life with story consistently impresses me, and the feeling of a successful accomplishment is oh so satisfying.

I’ve always tried to look on the bright side, and have been convinced that facts aside, state of mind can make things at least seem better. Seeing beauty in things that may initially be viewed as negative is a theme I’ve danced around for quite sometime, and think it’s an important lesson for being happy because life will always be full of little tragedies and it’s how we perceive them that matters.
