Meet Linus Woods: Saturday, April 2  from 2 – 4 PM

“I have been going full blast in my studio for the last two years.   I started painting at a young age. On my reserve, I thought everyone was an artist, because all the young kids could draw well.  I was not best artist in the group, but when my parents and I moved away, I became the best artist with my new group of friends. I used my painting to make friends by drawing cartoons, surfers and the Incredible Hulk.

As an adult, I have worked with several elementary and high school organizations to teach art to students who are just beginning to paint.  It has been a great experience to watch young students be excited over the things I could teach them. I still get parents thanking me because art had changed their child’s life.”                                                                               -Linus Woods
