Parade is a major line-up of abstract paintings approaching image but gently turning the viewer back to a purely aesthetic experience. The paintings are about colored lights, the Afterlife and the Underworld, sex, violence, and flying objects.
Canadian abstract painter, Wendy Skog is known for her unique, minimalist canvases rendered in a perfect balance of space, color, form, line, and color field. Skog's work has been formally critiqued by notable New York critic, educator and writer, Karen Wilkin.
