Pattern | Form | Detail presents a selection of Ronald Whitehouse’s photographic work spanning over 50 years. Whitehouse immigrated to Canada from Birmingham, England in 1967 to work in the department of Medical Microbiology & Infectious Diseases at the University of Alberta. Whitehouse’s photographic subject focuses largely on the ‘patterns, forms and details’ of our complex visual landscapes, both natural and manufactured.
