Forming The Abstract Minds represents a remarkable collaboration between the artists of the “Abstract Minds” and “Forming the Abstract” programs within Prospect’s Persons with Developmental Disabilities (PDD) services.

These PDD programs support participants in experiencing an enhanced quality of life through increased workforce and community participation. Within “Abstract Minds”, the artists researched various abstract art movements and used this to create a breathtaking collection of paintings over the course of eighteen months. In “Forming the Abstract”, artists crafted plaster sculptures inspired by nature to create an immersive experience of imagination.

Please join us for our reception December 7th to celebrate this amazing collaboration, or stop by the gallery from November 30th to December 15th, Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

Venue is wheelchair accessible via elevator and entrance on the north end of the building
