Saskatchewan Art Gallery Day 2021

Join us for the first ever Saskatchewan Art Gallery Day

The first Saskatchewan Art Gallery Day is quickly approaching and commercial galleries across the province are ready to celebrate. 

On June 12, SaskGalleries' members will participate in a province wide art walk, welcoming you safely into their gallery spaces for this celebration of Saskatchewan's commercial art galleries’ successes and contributions to our fine art industry. Many galleries will also host special events such as artist talks, live demonstrations, and more.

• Assiniboia Gallery, Regina: Exhibition - Featuring Bigoudi
• Nouveau Gallery, Regina
• Slate Fine Art Gallery, Regina: Exhibition - Diana Thorneycroft, Carnival of Tails, Tongues and Other Protrusions
• Traditions Hand Craft Gallery, Regina: Exhibition - Anne McLellan, Ensemble

*Special Event: Anne McLellan will present an artist talk on her inspiration for Ensemble at 1:00pm

*Special Event: Wood carver Doug Lingelbach will be demonstrating his skills live between 10am-3pm

*Special Event - "Moose Jaw's Got Talent." Meet select artisans throughout the the day and chat with them about their art practice.
