"Hold My Beer and Watch This…" is part of an ongoing body of work that investigates the dynamic nature of memory by combining allusions to pop culture with the ribbon motif. The undulating, colourful ribbons function as a metaphor for a non-linear view of experience, time, and thought. Through the juxtaposition of these elements, my work explores the language of abstraction and themes of space, perception and time.
