"Don't Ever Change" and "Nanton"
Steve Driscoll, "Running Water," urethane on fiberglass composite panel, 44" x 55" and Colin Smith, "Nanton," 2013, pigment ink on archival fibre based paper, 48" x 60".
Steve Driscoll's first show in Alberta presents contemporary landscape in a fresh way. Driscoll's use of urethane as a medium produces paintings that are intensely coloured while at the same time producing a vibrant sense of motion.
Colin Smith's camera obscura photography creates beautiful, endlessly fascinating images of interior and exterior landscape.
