The Shape a Name Takes

In 2022 and 2023, 38 Inuit artworks designated “unknown artist” in the University of Lethbridge collection were able to be identified through Inuktitut syllabics and disc numbers.

Curator's Tour: Wednesday, July 26, 3 pm 

Oolee Eegeesiak and David Smith will lead tours of their exhibitions The Shape a Name Takes and Recent Acquisitions. Meet at the Christou Gallery at 3 pm, then we will walk down to the Hess Gallery for refreshments together.
