The Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art welcomes Vicki Drummond's Conversations With Myself, a selection of her paintings in the Members’ Gallery from December 1st through December 14th, 2012.

Vicki creates multilayered paintings using words, paint & graphite in an ongoing & intuitive process of adding, removing, drawing, scribbling, writing and wondering. In painting, she is released from all preconceived ideas, societal conventions and her own limiting ideas of self.

Vicki is currently represented by Ashpa Naira Gallery in Vernon, BC.

The public is invited to attend an opening reception and artist talk on December 1st, 2012 at 6pm.
