In order to remember the past and present, and create the future of Chinatown, Chinese Cultural Centre of Great Vancouver, Canada Chinese Investor and Entrepreneurs Association, Jane’s Tea and Arts, Chinese Canadian Historical society of B.C. are organizing “We Love Chinatown” photography exhibition.

The photographer, Feng Jing (Jane), is an artist from China. She has been working at her lovely Chinese tea house during the past five years in Chinatown, and she fell in love with Chinatown. She met a lot of lovely people and learned a lot of interesting stories in Chinatown. She has captured so many memorable moments and people, who love Chinatown as much as she does, with her camera. From a Chinatown vendor’s perspective and an artist’s perspective, she is laying out the faces of the people of Chinatown and the changes of Chinatown in front of our eyes. So far, she is the only artist who has accomplished such mission.
