Foothills AB, May 11, 2022 - Leighton Art Centre is pleased to announce its upcoming 35th Annual Clothesline Art Sale.

This much-anticipated annual event has evolved over the last few years to include two exciting art buying opportunities: Clothesline Online Art Sale and Clothesline Art Market. Both feature original artworks by some of the centre's most talented artist members. 

Clothesline Online Art Sale

• May 21 - June 30, 2022

• 250+ unframed artworks by Alberta artists
• gallery pick up, local delivery and Canadian shipping available

Clothesline Art Market

• June 4-5, 2022  |  10am - 4pm
• in person at Leighton Art Centre
• Alberta artists selling their framed and unframed original artworks and fine craft
• artworks from the online sale also available for in person purchase
• in the gallery: final weekend of the 20th Annual Juried Members Exhibition
• free tours of the heritage home, education centre and property: on the hour, between 11 am and 3 pm
• live artist demonstrations
• live music
• refreshments for sale: VHF Coffee (Saturday & Sunday); Market Vagabond (Sunday)
